Lights out in Mytholmroyd

Around 702 homes in Mytholmroyd lost power for over two hours on Monday night.

The blackout, which was caused by an underground cable fault, started at around 6.08pm.

A team of workers from Northern Powergrid managed to repair the fault and electricity was back on by some time around 8.35pm.
