Children got a pizza the action in the food industry when they toured Frankie and Benny’s restaurant.
ear five pupils from Rawson Junior and Infant School were invited to the Broad Street Plaza restaurant to learn how the business works. The children were given the chance to make mocktails behind the bar before cooking up a storm in the kitchen, where all pupils were able to make their own individual pizza. Teacher Amanda Wilson said: “They had a great time. Frankie and Benny’s even shut the restaurant to the public so that we could really enjoy our visit.”
