The Met Office is forecasting more snow to fall thoughout today in Calderdale.

An amber weather warning has been issued for the whole of Yorkshire until midnight, with over 10 cm of snow expected widely and over 20 cm in some places.

In addition, the Met Office says drifting is likely in strong to gale force easterly winds.

Snow is being predicted to fall until this evening, with more possible tomorrow.

Temperatures are not expected to reach above zero degrees celsius today.

Tomorrow, snow is being forecast in the morning and the evening, and temperatures are expected to range between -1 and -3.

Wednesday is expected to be dry and cloudy, with temperatures not reaching above -1.
