The wheels are in motion for the Rotary Club of Halifax’s 7th annual mountain bike challenge.
The event will see cyclists riding 20 miles through Greetland, Norland Moor, Scammonden, Stainland and West Vale, and will criss-cross the route of this year’s Tour de France Grand Depart.
Last year, the Rotary club raised money to assist in the purchase of sports wheelchairs for the local Cardinals Sporting Charity.
This year’s ride takes place on Sunday, April 27, and starts at 9am from the Greetland Community Centre.
