It was cheers all the way at Orangebox young people’s centre, as five teenagers from Halifax enjoyed an evening of celebration to mark their culinary success.

In a 15-week project, the five teenagers learned everything that was involved in running a small café, including the importance of food hygiene,

Customer care and balancing the books were also key components.

It was a mouth-watering evening as the youngsters waited on their guests with a selection of homemade delights and received personalised rolling pins, wooden spoons and certificates to mark their fantastic achievement.
