A week ahead of Children in Need 2013, an unlikely duo - Pudsey Bear and James Bond were in Halifax - with a licence to thrill.

In a bid to raise money to help disadvantaged children across the UK, Bond, Pudsey, Clint East Wood, Batman and more visited Dews Garage, Northgate, on November 8, to raise money for the children’s charity.

Dews Motor Group employees donned fancy dress or dressed ‘down’ for the day and made donations.

Reception manager and organiser Trudy Vessey arranged the fundraiser week in advance as she did not want to miss out next week, when she’s away on holiday.

Dressing-up or down for the day and cup-cake sales raised £60 for the UK children’s charity.

Children in Need is happening a week today, on Friday November 15.
