An investigation has been launched after complaints about Calderdale’s coroner Peter Straker.
The probe is being carried out by the Office for Judicial Complaints.
A spokesperson for the organisation said: “A number of complaints have been received against Coroner Peter Straker. These are being investigated.”
A spokeswoman for the coroner’s office said Coroner Starker would not be commenting on the matter.
Mr Straker became coroner last year following the retirement of Roger Whitaker.
