Fire crews were called to a flooded property in Ripponden, last night.
Elland fire fighters built a dam to divert rain and spring water which was flooding the end terrace property at Royd Lane.
Crews spent two hours building the dam which alleviated water from the garden of the property to a nearby road.
Flooding was caused from heavy rainfall and from an overflowing spring, situated above terraced house.
The ground floor of the property is water logged.
One pump attended the scene at around 7.20pm on December 18.
