POLICE are hunting an alleged flasher after he failed to turn up at court.
Mark Cooper, 37, was due to appear at Calderdale Magistrates’ Court yesterday to face a charge of exposure.
The incident is alleged to have taken place at Calderdale Royal Hospital on July 27.
Cooper pleaded not guilty in September to the charge, which states that he “exposed his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress”.
When he failed to attend court, officials were left with no choice but to issue a warrant for his arrest.
