A fifth defendant has admitted his role in a vicious robbery that left a Halifax student fighting for his life.
Stefan Grant, 20, was in a gang of five who attacked 18-year-old Richard Lister on August 18.
Richard, of Skircoat, Halifax, had been on his way to celebrate his A-level results when they set upon him in Skircoat Green Road and stole his iPhone.
He spent 10 days in a coma with his devastated family and best friend Ben Andrewan by his bedside. He is now recovering at home.
Duron Thompson, 19, Sophie Arnold, 18, Viren Lad, 18, and Hassan Adam, 17, admitted their part in the robbery at an earlier hearing at Bradford Crown Court.
The five, all from Bradford, also admitted robbing 20-year-old Michael Cook earlier the same night in Illingworth.
Arnold is alleged to have driven the others around Halifax as they looked for potential victims.
Prosecutors have rejected the basis of their pleas and a two-day trial of issue will take on December 1.
Grant was remanded in custody and the others are on bail.
