A man has been jailed for burgling a neighbour’s bedsit in Halifax.

Simon Dennett, of Beverley Terrace, Halifax, forcing his way into the bedsit between January 23 and January 26 and stealing electrical goods, jewellery and clothing.

For the burglary and breaching a community order, Dennett was jailed for 11 months.

The prosecutor in the case at Bradford Crown Court was John David Topham and the lead officer was Detective Constable Craig Aubrey.
