Around 100 cannabis plants were seized from premies at West Street, Sowerby Bridge.
Police were called at 3.18 am yesterday (Thursday) and found the farm covered two floors.
A police spokesman said wiring in the property had been tampered with and a lot of equipment was removed.
Officers were on scene until Friday afternoon with electrical engineers to ensure the property was safe.
“We were called by a resident who heard suspicious noises and this was a substantial cannabis farm,” said a police spokesperson.
“There have been no arrests but inquiries are ongoing.”
