THE latest court date for a land owner accused of breaching his environment permit has been decided.
David Turner, 51, of Broad Ings Farm, Rishworth, Sowerby Bridge faces five charges.
He faces two counts of contravening the requirements of his permit at Farrar Mill, Siddal between March and April 2011 and another during a period in May.
He is also said to have operated a facility without a permit during two periods earlier this year.
Turner, who runs the waste firm Turngreen from the Siddal site, will next appear at Bradford Crown Court on December 9.
