Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault on a man on a night out in Halifax town centre.
The victim was on Commercial Street when his friend was involved in a dispute with a group of between 10 and 15 men.
The victim also became involved and was attacked by several of the men.
Anyone who witnessed the assault, at around 2.12am on Thursday, December 27, should call PC Dave Ryan on 101.
