A man has appeared at court accused of sexual offences against a child.
James Giles, 22, spoke only to confirm his name and address, and was remanded in custody to await his hearing at Bradford Crown Court.
He faces two counts of sexual offences involving a child under 13 years of age and was not given the opportunity to enter his pleas.
The offences are alleged to have taken place at a property in Calderdale in the early hours of Sunday November 11.
Giles, from Jersey, gave his current address in Morley, and will appear at the crown court for a plea and case management hearing on Monday November 19.
