Man jailed for carrying knife in Halifax

A man has been jailed for ten months for carrying a knife in Halifax.

Paul Andrew Matthews was found to have a blade / article which was sharply pointed in a public place. He also breached a suspended sentence.

The crown prosecutor in the case at Bradford Crown Court was Mr Philip Arthur Standfast and the officer in the case was PC Katie Sargeant.
