A man has been jailed for carrying out a racially aggravated assault in Sowerby Bridge.

Stephen Rhodes has been sent to prison for 12 months for the crime of racially / religiously aggravated assault / assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

The prosecutor in the case at Bradford Crown Court was Stephanie Jane Hancock and the lead officer was PC Lisa McDonald.
