Man tried to rob delivery driver in Halifax

Police are looking for a man who tried to take a delivery driver’s stock in Mixenden, Halifax.

The driver was making a delivery on Clough Lane at around 9am on Saturday when a man, aged about 20, demanded he hand over his stock.

The driver refused and the man fled empty-handed.

Anyone with information about the incident should call Calderdale CID on 101.

Information can also be passed on anonymously via 0800 555111.
