Metal horse cart stolen from the roof of pub in Luddenden Foot

Police are looking for a decorative metal horse cart which was stolen from the roof of a pub in Luddenden Foot.

The cart - described as a distinctive symbol of the pub for many years - was taken from the top of the Black Lion in Burnley Road.

It is understood to have great sentimental value.

The cart was taken between Tuesday, September 11 and Wednesday, September 12.

Anyone who knows where the it may now be or who has any information about the incident is being urged to contact PC Dawn Sutcliffe in the Upper Valley neighbourhood policing team on 101.
