The owner of a Halifax nightclub has pleaded guilty to letting under-18s into his premises.

Nicolas Bouckley, from Albert Street, Elland, pleaded guilty to one charge relating to unauthorised licensable activity.

The charges related to a sixth-form party at the Lush bar and club in September 2010.

According to Bouckley’s licence, no under-18s were allowed on the premises.

He was handed 60 hours’ unpaid work and must pay costs of £600.
