Bradford CID have released images of a man they want to speak to after a woman was struck in the face with a bottle in Bradford city centre.

The victim, a 30-year-old woman, had been walking along Westgate with family and friends at around 1am April 1.

After the attack, the man ran off towards the West End Area.

The attack, which caused serious facial injuries, has left the woman scarred for life.

Witnesses to the incident are now being asked to contact the police.

In particular, officers would like to talk to three women who were in a phone booth by the Army Careers building on Westgate at the time of the incident.

The suspect was a tanned looking man, possibly of middle eastern descent in his thirties and around 5’7” to 5’9” tall. He was of medium build and with thick medium length dark hair. He was wearing a hooded top.
