Saliq Amjad Malik, 15, who was a passenger in the red Volkswagen GTI, died in hospital after the accident in Gilpin Street yesterday morning.

Another 15-year-old was seriously injured but his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

A 17-year-old, believed to be driving, was later arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and is currently in custody.
