Police uncovered a cannabis farm in a late night raid on a Halifax house after being alerted by neighbours.

Police swooped on a property in Gibraltar Road at 11.30pm on Wednesday and uncovered 70 cannabis plants on three floors.

No arrests have yet been made but a police spokesman said a suspect had been identified. Enquiries are ongoing.
