Two men arrested in connection with the recent attempted child abductions in Calderdale have been released on police bail.
In the early hours of Saturday morning a 27-year-old driver and a 28-year-old male passenger were arrested on suspicion of attempted abduction in the Boar Lane area of Leeds.
They have since been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
Investigations remain ongoing by officers who continue to appeal for information about an attempted abduction of two 13-year-old girls shortly before 7.30pm in Pellon Lane, Halifax, on October 1 and a similar attempted abduction incident involving a seven-year-old girl in Mixenden at about 6pm on the same evening.
The police description of the man in both incidents was described as Asian, aged in his 20s and wearing navy blue Adidas beanie hat and black tracksuit with stubble and a pierced lip.
