Whilst the police helicopter searched from over head, a search area was identified and the team deployed.

Shortly after entering the woodland, Pepper with handler Ellie Sherwin (pictured) found the missing female alive, but in need of urgent medical assistance.

The remaining CVSRT members and YAS paramedics were guided to the casualty’s location and affected a swift evacuation to the ambulance.
