Today is the day when seven cyclists raising funds for 25 apprenticeships in Calderdale will travel through the borough.
The group will arrive in Walsden at noon and will be joined by Halifax Town crier Les Cutts and the Mayor of Calderdale, Coun John Hardy, on a tandem.
They will travel through Todmorden, Hebden Bridge, Mytholmroyd and on to Halifax where they will finish at Eureka between 2pm and 2.30pm.
Pupils and staff from Ravenscliffe School will also be in attendance.
People will be able to line the streets as the cavalcade makes its way through waving St George’s Day flags.
