Children at Triangle Primary School have had some special dance lessons as part of their project on Hinduism.
The Year 3, 4 and 5 pupils were taught some moves by Shantha Rao from Annapurna Indian Dance at Dean Clough, who described some Hindu stories and performed traditional dances and hand gestures.
Assistant Head Teacher Esther Priestley said: “The children loved it and had a really fun time.
“They’ve written about it in class and can still remember all the hand movements.
“They dressed up and joined in the dancing. It was really good.”
