To celebrate the 450th anniversary of Shakespeare’s birth, Holy Trinity Primary School joined over half a million school children nationally by holding a Shakespeare Week in school from 17 to 21 March.

There were a number of exciting activities going in school, from colouring in early years to history based activities in Year 6.

Other projects included baking traditional Tudor bread, a big writing task for the whole school, Shakespeare workshops and even a Shakespeare themed rap.

On Friday, all school staff dressed as Shakespeare characters, including puck, fairies, witches and Cleopatra.
