Fire fighters in Halifax were called out to Old Lane this morning (Thursday) after some electrical wiring had been set on fire.

The incident happened at round 8am this morning at the back of a derelict mill near Boothtown.

Around a square metre’s worth of wiring was being burnt, causing black smoke to appear from it, before the person in question scurried off after seeing the fire crew arrive on the scene.
