All sorts of lovely sounds will be filling the air at The Shears Inn at Paris Gates in Halifax on Saturday, September 8 when the pub hosts An Indian Summer Music Festival.
A string of acts have been secured for the gig, including recently-formed Halifax band Mother Onion. Featuring Chris Booth, Martin Gardiner, Oliver Perry and Ben Watson, they will be playing psychedelic rock tunes from their debut album. Also on the bill are Rook and the Ravens, Instant Species, The Revelator Band, Little Giants, Kirk McElhinney and Pepperjam. Doors open at 2pm and the music starts at 3pm.
