A FORMER boarding school worker has denied three more indecent assault charges against another young boy.

Peter Merrick, 65, has already pleaded not guilty to a series of sex offences against three other boys at the William Henry Smith School in Rastrick.

All the allegations date back to the early 1980s.

Merrick appeared at Bradford Crown Court to face the new charges yesterday.

Judge Jonathan Durham Hall QC said all the charges could be tried together on April 1.

Merrick, of Overseal, Derbyshire, was bailed until then.
