Nicholas Cullinan, curator of the blockbuster show ‘Matisse: The Cut-Outs’ at the Tate Modern in London, will give a talk about the exhibition in Hebden Bridge on Monday, July 14.
Nicholas, originally from Hebden Bridge, is curator of Modern and Contemporary Art at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
He studied at the Courtauld Institute in London and joined the Tate in 2007. The author of many essays on modern and contemporary art, he is currently a curator on a forthcoming exhibition on Kazimir Malevich for Tate Modern.
