FC Halifac Town v Salford City: Boss is a busy man
FC Halifax Town manager Jim Vince has been busy in the build up to today's Shay clash with Salford City, adding four players to his squad.
The highest profile is former Bradford City midfielder Scott Phelan.
The 20-year-old made 15 first team appearances for the Bantams but was released in the summer.
Phelan is an Everton product who captained the under 18s and the reserves at Goodison Park before being allowed to join City in 2007.
Vince also signed a trio of teenagers, one with Football League experience.
Former Stockport County junior Danny Ellis, 19, who played in the first team, joins from Blue Square North Droylsden while 18-year-old Miles Smith was a Scunthorpe United scholar.
Anthony Hilton, 18, is an ex-Sheffield United midfielder who has arrived from NCE League outfit Leeds Carnegie.
