Mr Cole, 37, of Salterhebble, Halifax, died in the blast at Andrew Jones Pies factory in Huddersfield in April 2009.

The Crown Prosecution Service later said it had insufficient evidence to prosecute the company,

But, the HSE has brought charges against the firm and a preliminary hearing will be heard at Leeds Crown Court on October 18.
