The funeral of hen party M62 minibus crash victim Bethany Jones is due to take place today.
The 18-year-old was killed and 12 others seriously injured following the accident near junction 32 on April 26.
Bethany’s family have asked mourners to wear her favourite colour pink at the funeral, which was due to start at 11.45am today, at St Joseph’s Church, Moorthorpe, near Pontefract. A service was then due to be held at Pontefract Crematorium from 2pm.
Family and friends have been asked to gather together at The Grove, South Kirkby.
The minibus taking the hen party of a total of 21 women from South Elmsall near Pontefract to Liverpool was involved in collision with a lorry on April 26.
The driver of the minibus, a 62-year-old man from Bradford, has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and bailed.
The lorry driver, from St Helen’s, was previously arrested on suspicion of the same offence and released on police bail.
