The second public debate at Halifax Minster will focus on the future of education this evening.
Labour peer and former minister for schools and transport Lord Adonis will be the key speaker at the event.
Members of the public are welcome to go along and get involved in the discussion which also features an expert panel debating the big issues around our schools and the development of children.
This is the second of a three event series of talks at the church and is seen as a contemporary return to what the building has always been about – being a place of sanctuary, debate and reflection for people of Christian faith, people of other faith and people of none.
If you can’t make it down to the minster between 6.30pm and 8pm you can always join the debate online.
