The Griffin Inn in Barkisland hosted a ‘Ladies Wear It Pink Night’ in aid of Breast Cancer Campaign.

About 120 women dressed up in their pink outfits for the night and were greeted by a team of male waiters who handed out pink champagne.
There was also a mojito cocktail corner - run by Stewart Charnock-Bates - and a raffle, supper and karaoke.
The evening raised an estimated total of £2,000 - including some match funding by Barclays Bank. Organiser Maria Pownall thanked all those who came and helped.
