Gritters are on the streets again as another treacherous night on the roads is forecast.
Patrols will continue through the night during which more light snow is expected.
But, as temperatures fall below freezing, ice is expected to be the major problem.
Road Traffic Sgt Rick Lyon said he had been out in Calderdale during Saturday afternoon and he urged motorists to have more concern for the conditions.
“Some cars are travelling a little too fast,” he said.
“Drivers’ shouldn’t get complacent as temperatures are still very low.”
Metro said some bus services are affected.
The 541 & 542 - running as far as Highroad Well only, not to Norton Tower.
Service 546 running to Warley via Warley Road, not serving Newlands Road
547 - buses not serving the section of route between Lightridge Road and Grimescar Road via Fixby Road, Bradford Road and Spaines Road.
There are also disruptions on the Calderdale to Huddersfield services in Kirklees.
Leeds-Bradford Airport warns of possible disruption to flights to and from West Yorkshire.
Passengers are advised to check the status of their flight with their airline.
