An Irish club is Irish dancing to ten years of success, as they get ready to celebrate the landmark in true Irish style.

After ten years on from their first over 55’s Luncheon event, founder Peter Timmons will hold a celebration night for members on September 25, at the Halifax Irish Club, from noon to 4pm.

Along with a jig and a performance by Irish recording star Frank McCaffrey, there will be a buffet to celebrate the long standing history of the club.

The afternoon is shaping up to be the perfect tribute to the clubs past success and heritage.
