THE Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice have racked up another milestone - by opening their 10th store.

The charity, which cares for sick children in Calderdale and across West Yorkshire, has opened a new shop at Unit 3, Valley Road, Hebden Bridge.

Mayor of Calderdale, Nader Fekri attended to give his support and open the shop officially and was joined by trustees and volunteers to cheer on their latest venture.

It joins Brighouse, Elland and King Cross in supporting the charity in Calderdale.

Laura King from the charity said: “We’re very excited to be opening our latest shop and for it to be such a milestone as the tenth one.

“We want people to realise we’re not just a Huddersfield based charity. We cover Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield and support people from all across those areas.”

Donations are also wanted for the shops and volunteers are needed across the shops.
