Chaytor and two others suspended
Three Labour MPs, including David Chaytor, of Todmorden, have been suspended from the Labour Party "pending finalisation of the legal process".
The decision comes after Mr Chaytor, pictured, Elliot Morley and Jim Devine were charged with theft offences relating to their Parliamentary expenses.
Mr Chaytor, the ex-Calderdale councillor, had already announced that he would not be defending his Bury North seat at the next General Election. All three deny the charges.
