Man in court over murder of woman in her own flat
A MAN is due to appear in court today charged with the murder of Amy Booth.
The 28-year-old will appear before magistrates in Halifax this morning and is also accused of robbery.
Miss Booth, 23, of Wellington Place, Halifax, was beaten in her own home.
She suffered massive head injuries and died in hospital three weeks after the violent attack.
Suleman Mahmood Khan, 24, of Dunkirk Terrace, Halifax, has already been charged with wounding with intent to cause grevious bodily harm.
Two men, aged 32 and 25, and a 21-year-old woman have also been arrested and are on police bail.
