Meet a future prima ballerina
YOUNGSTERS had fun keeping fit at the Babyballet studios.
Summer activity sessions are being held at the Square Road dancing school, which runs the Babyballet movement to music classes for pre-school children.
The school, which will soon by starting Funkids fitness sessions for children aged five upwards, held the summer sessions for young people of all ages.
Babyballet managing director Claire O’Connor said: “They had a great time dancing and singing in the studio, and they finished off by having a disco, with flashing disco lights.
“It’s all about keeping them active during the school holidays.”
She said more sessions had been organised to meet the huge demand. They cost 4.95 for two hours and will be on Monday and Tuesday, August 7 and 8, and Monday and Tuesday, August 14 and 15.
