Police take TV from home after cannabis plants found
POLICE discovered 12 suspected cannabis plants when they raided a building in Southowram.
Officers from the Halifax Central neighbourhood policing team seized the plants along with equipment used for growing and supplying drugs from the property in the Law Lane area.
They also took a large flat screen TV and other electrical items under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
A spokesman for the team said: "We are determined to crack down on drugs and drug-related crime in your area.
