Sex seeker told: No, thank you
A YOUTH high on drugs propositioned a man for sex, magistrates heard. Lewis Sanjay Pathek, 18, had taken Ecstasy, LSD and cannabis when he told James Burbidge he wanted sex with him.
Calderdale magistrates heard that Pathek made his request outside Mr Burbidge's home in Scout Bottom Lane, Hebden Bridge.
Prosecutor Abby Langford said: "Mr Burbidge was quite understandably very suprised.
"In as calm a manner as possible he replied 'No thank you'. He said he was not in the mood."
Pathek then smashed the windscreen of Mr Burbidge's Fiat. Pathak, now living in London, admitted possessing drugs, criminal damage, threatening behaviour and resisting police. He was
ordered to serve 100 hours of unpaid work and pay 250 compensation to Mr Burbidge.
