Shop is back in business

BARGAIN hunters will be glad that a revamped charity shop is to reopen.

The Sue Ryder Care shop in Regent Parade, Sowerby Bridge, reopens on Friday, selling vintage and second-hand clothes, and new goods such as guitars and dolls houses

.

Brenda Fletcher, manager, said, "I'm sure shoppers will be delighted by the quality, value and wide range of goods we will be selling.

"We are recruiting volunteers and are also appealing for people to donate good-quality clothing, books and bric-a-brac."

The charity supports people affected by conditions such as cancer, Huntington's disease, multiple sclerosis and strokes.
