Teenager charged with Brushy murder changes plea to guilty
A TEENAGER has admitted murdering Rastrick grandfather John Greer.
Reece Gledhill, 18, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to the killing at Leeds Crown Court this morning.
Another teenager, 19-year-old Clare Hardy of Close Lea Way, Rastrick, has pleaded guilty to manslaughter.
The 60-year-old victim, known as Brushy, was found at his home in Arncliffe Crescent, Rastrick, in September. He had been strangled and his throat cut.
The pair will be sentenced on Wednesday.
