Man bound over after approaching his ex-girlfriend

A MAN has been bound over by magistrates after admitting breaching the peace.

Leon Patrice, of Range Court, Halifax, appeared at Calderdale magistrates after being arrested for approaching his former partner.

Lisa Beadle, prosecuting, said: “The lady and the defendant had been in a relationship that ended.

“The defendant attended at 11.30pm, knocking on the door, banging on the windows.

“She left to go to a friend’s,and he followed her and continued to shout.” When police arrived he shouted abuse at officers before being arrested.

He was bound over for 12 months for £100.
