Happy Tuesday Courier readers!

Traffic

There have been no major accidents reported but beware of strong winds. Particularly if you are driving on the M62 or some of our higher, more exposed, roads.

The strength of the gusts has died down slightly from Monday night but will still be over 40mph.

The trains are looking good with all arrivals and departures running on time from Halifax station.

Roadworks on Lumbutts Road, Todmorden, mean that the T6/T8 bus will only operate between Walsden and Todmorden.

A shuttle bus will run between Todmorden Havelin Park and Lumbutts Road hourly between 07:07 and 18:07

Weather

Plenty of blue sky about to start the day but white cloud will build with the chance of a few chowers laters this afternoon.

The strong winds have died down a little but they could still will reach speeds of up to 45mph so make sure to keep hold of your hat.
