A NEW cheese was a sell-out success.
Todmorden cheesemaker Pextenement Cheese Company launched its mature Pexxomier variety at Hartley's Crumbly Cheese stall in Todmorden Indoor Market.
It is made with organic milk from Pextenement farm in Eastwood, Todmorden.
Cheesemaker Carl Warb-urton, 41, said: "It's like a Camembert but with a Todmorden twist."
"There was a lot of interest. The stall sold all the cheeses that were available – but there will be more next week."
